摘要
针对S Zorb汽油精制装置加工负荷过低、再生器内吸附剂结块等问题。结合装置实际运行情况,改为氮气取热。当增加加工量或加工高硫汽油时,再生器取热受限。根据存在的问题,分析原因,并提出以下解决方案:平稳控制加工负荷,合理控制吸附剂循环速度,在再生器外壁增加取热盘管,控制合理的吸附剂活性及循环速度,确保各松动点流量正常等。缓解了吸附剂结块问题。
To address the problems of low processing load of S Zorb gasoline refining unit and agglomeration of adsorbent in the regenerator, combined with the actual operation of the unit, nitrogen heat removal is adopted instead. When increasing the processing capacity or processing high sulfur gasoline, the regenerator heat removal is limited. According to the existing problems, the reasons are analyzed. The following solutions are put forward: stable control the processing load;reasonably control the circulation speed of the adsorbent;add catalyst cooler in regenerator on the outer wall, reasonable control of adsorbent activity and circulation speed;ensuring normal flow at each loose point. By adopting the above scheme, the problem of adsorbent agglomeration is alleviated.
