中国特色社会主义自由贸易港建设是一项全新探索,它既要具备自由贸易港的基本要素,更要充分体现中国特色和社会主义制度特征。我国虽然与美国在社会制度、文化及价值观等方面存在很大差异,但在通过发展特殊经济功能区促进区域经济增长方面又具有诸多相似之处。经过几十年发展,美国对外贸易区发展模式与政策体系不断完善,这对我国推进自由贸易港建设具有较强的借鉴意义。

A socialist free trade port with Chinese characteristics is a new exploration for China,which must have the basic elements of a free trade port,but also fully reflect Chinese characteristics and socialist system.Although there are significant differences between China and the United States in terms of system,culture and values,there are many similarities in promoting regional economic growth through the development of special economic zones.After decades of development,the U.S.foreign trade zone development model and policy system have been continuously improved,which have strong significance for China to promote the construction of free trade ports.
