桃红四物汤对激素性股骨头缺血坏死局部微血管密度的影响

Effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction on Local Microvessel Density in Hormonal Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head

目的探讨桃红四物汤对激素性股骨头缺血坏死局部微血管密度的影响。方法将该院2019年1月—2020年1月100例激素性股骨头缺血坏死患者,双盲随机法分两组。每组50例,对照组给予常规治疗,研究组实施桃红四物汤治疗。比较两组治疗前后局部微血管密度和空缺骨陷窝计数、治疗优良率、住院时间。结果研究组局部微血管密度(5.05±1.21)显著高于对照组(4.32±0.12),空缺骨陷窝计数(19.65±0.93)%显著低于对照组(22.13±0.12)%,差异有统计学意义(t=4.245、18.701,P<0.05)。研究组的治疗优良率是96.00%,而对照组的治疗优良率是76.00%,研究组的治疗优良率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.306,P<0.05)。研究组住院时间(17.56±1.21)d短于对照组(19.41±2.57)d,差异有统计学意义(t=4.605,P<0.05)。结论激素性股骨头缺血坏死患者实施桃红四物汤治疗效果确切,可有效改善患者的局部微血管密度,减少空缺骨陷窝计数,缩短住院时间,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction on local microvessel density of hormone-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head.Methods 100 patients with steroid-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head from January 2019 to January 2020 in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups by double-blind method.There were 50 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was given Taohong Siwu Decoction.The local microvessel density and the count of vacant bone lacuna,the excellent and good rate of treatment,and the length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The local microvessel density of the study group was(5.05±1.21)significantly higher than that of the control group(4.32±0.12),and the count of vacant bone lacuna was(19.65±0.93)%significantly lower than that of the control group(22.13±0.12)%,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.245,18.701,P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of treatment in the study group was 96.00%,while that in the control group was 76.00%.The treatment excellent and good rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.306,P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the study group was(17.56±1.21)d shorter than that of the control group(19.41±2.57)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.605,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction in patients with steroid-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head is definite,which can effectively improve the local microvessel density,reduce the count of vacant bone lacuna,and shorten the length of hospitalization.It is worthy of promotion.
