晚期胃癌患者应用替吉奥胶囊联合顺铂治疗的临床效果研究

Study on the Clinical Effect of Tiggio Capsule Combined with Cisplatin in Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的探究联合应用顺铂与替吉奥胶囊治疗晚期胃癌患者的效果。方法选取2017年6月—2020年6月该院接收的晚期胃癌患者72例为对象,以数字单双号形式随机分设成两组,即对照组、研究组,每组36例。对对照组患者采取氟尿嘧啶氯化钠注射液与顺铂注射液共同治疗,对研究组患者采取替吉奥胶囊与顺铂注射液共同治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果,不良反应率,生活质量评分。结果治疗后对照组患者总有效率是77.78%,低于研究组的94.44%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.181,P<0.05);治疗后对照组患者不良反应率是25.00%,高于研究组的5.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后对照组患者生活质量评分均低于研究组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对晚期胃癌患者行顺铂与替吉奥胶囊共同治疗,能取得较好效果,有助于患者病情改善,减少不良反应发生,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of combined application of cisplatin and tigio capsule in the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods A total of 72 patients with advanced gastric cancer received in the hospital from June 2017 to June 2020 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups in the form of digital odd and even numbers,namely the control group and the study group,with 36 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with fluorouracil sodium chloride injection and cisplatin injection,and patients in the study group were treated with tigio capsules and cisplatin injection.Observed the treatment effect,adverse reaction rate and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 77.78%,which was lower than the study group's 94.44%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.181,P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate of the control group after treatment was 25.00%,which was higher than 5.56%of the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the quality of life scores of the control group were lower than those of the study group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Co-treatment of cisplatin and Tiggio capsules for patients with advanced gastric cancer can achieve better results,help patients improve their condition,reduce adverse reactions,and improve their quality of life.
