上皮性卵巢癌中FAT4、YAP1表达及临床意义

Expression and Clinical Significance of FAT4 and YAP1 in Epithelial Ovarian Cancer

目的探讨上皮性卵巢癌中FAT4、YAP1的表达意义。方法以该院检验科室2018年2月—2020年2月保存的92例卵巢癌组织标本为研究对象,将其纳入观察组。同时,选取同时期的90例卵巢良性肿瘤标本作为对照组。两组分别通过免疫组化染色法对样本的FAT4、YAP1表达进行检测。结果观察组FAT4和YAP1蛋白阳性表达率分别为73.91%和76.09%,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=16.374、25.791,P<0.05);病理分级低分化患者FAT4和YAP1蛋白阳性表达率分别为80.28%和81.69%,明显高于高分化+中分化患者,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.543、5.367,P<0.05);浆液性癌患者蛋白YAP1阳性表达率为87.04%,明显高于黏液性癌患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);卵巢癌组织FAT4与YAP1表达呈正相关(rs=0.479,P<0.05)。结论上皮性卵巢癌中FAT4、YAP1表达明显升高,与患者临床病理特征有一定关联,值得进一步研究。

Objective To investigate the expression significance of FAT4 and YAP1 in epithelial ovarian cancer.Methods 92 cases ovarian cancer tissue specimens preserved in the laboratory of the hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were used as the research object,and they were included in the observation group.At the same time,90 samples of benign ovarian tumors in the same period were selected as the control group.The two groups were used to detect the expression of FAT4 and YAP1 in the samples by immunohistochemical staining.Results The the control group expression rates of FAT4 and YAP1 proteins of observation group were 73.91%and 76.09%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=16.374,25.791,P<0.05);the positive expression rates of FAT4 and YAP1 proteins in patients with poorly differentiated pathological grades were 80.28%and 81.69%respectively,which were significantly higher than those of well-differentiated+moderately differentiated patients,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.543,5.367,P<0.05);the YAP1 positive protein expression rate of serous cancer patients was 87.04%,which was significantly higher than that of mucinous cancer patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the expression of FAT4 and YAP1 in ovarian cancer tissue was positively correlated(rs=0.479,P<0.05).Conclusion The expressions of FAT4 and YAP1 in epithelial ovarian cancer are significantly increased,which are related to the clinicopathological characteristics of patients and are worthy of further study.
