经皮插板内固定对肱骨骨折患者骨愈合情况及肩关节运动功能的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Percutaneous Plate Internal Fixation on Bone Healing and Shoulder Joint Movement Function in Patients with Humeral Fractures

目的讨论经皮插板内固定对肱骨骨折患者骨愈合情况及肩关节运动功能的影响分析。方法选取该院2016年1月—2020年1月收治的60例肱骨骨折患者,根据收拾入院时间分为研究组与对照组,每组30例。对照组实施传统的切开内固定手术,研究组实施经皮插板内固定术,比较两组患者骨折愈合时间、肩关节运动功能及相关治疗情况。结果研究组患者手术相关指标及骨折愈合时间与对照组相比,明显较优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者术后1个月与3个月肩关节运动功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗有效率为96.67%,对照组治疗有效率为73.33%,研究组明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后生活质量、负面情绪、睡眠质量评分与对照组相比,均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗总满意度为93.33%,对照组总满意度为70.00%,研究组明显较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.454,P=0.019);研究组并发症总发生率为3.33%,对照组并发症总发生率为26.67%,研究组明显较低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.705,P=0.030)。结论肱骨骨折患者应用经皮插板内固定手术治疗,可有效缩短患者骨折愈合时间,且术后肩关节功能恢复较好,从而提高临床治疗效果,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To discuss the effect of percutaneous plate internal fixation on bone healing and shoulder joint movement function in patients with humeral fractures.Methods A total of 60 humeral fracture patients admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to January 2020 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the time of hospitalization and admission,with 30 cases in each group.The control group performed traditional incision and internal fixation.In the study group,percutaneous plate internal fixation was performed,and the fracture healing time,shoulder joint movement function and related treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The operation-related indexes and fracture healing time of the studyt group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the shoulder joint motor function scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group at 1 month and 3 months after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.67%,and the effective rate in the control group was 73.33%,the study group was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of quality of life,negative emotions,and sleep quality in the study group were compared with those in the control group,being higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total satisfaction of patients in the study group was 93.33%,the total satisfaction of the control group was 70.00%,and the study group was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.454,P=0.019);the total incidence of complications in the study group was 3.33%,the total incidence of complications in the control group was 26.67%,and the study group was significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.705,P=0.030).Conclusion The application of percutaneous plate internal fixation for patients with humeral fractures can effectively shorten the fracture healing time and restore better shoulder joint function after surgery,thereby improving the clinical treatment effect and has clinical application value.
