彩色多普勒超声在男性急性外生殖器损伤中的应用分析

Application and Analysis of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Acute Male Genital Injury

目的研究分析临床上采取彩色多普勒超声检查诊断男性急性外生殖器损伤的效果和价值。方法抽选2018年2月—2020年2月该院接收的120例男性急性外生殖器损伤的患者纳入研究对象,依据随机数字分组法分为研究组(彩色多普勒超声检查诊断)和参照组(常规B超影像检查诊断),每组60例。统计两组患者的误诊率、漏诊率、睾丸脱位发生率及患者满意度。结果研究组的睾丸脱位发生率(33.33%),与参照组(8.33%)相比明显较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.384,P<0.05);研究组误诊率(3.33%)、漏诊率(5.00%)、诊断准确率(91.67%)与参照组(16.67%、20.00%、63.33%)相比明显较优,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.925、6.171、13.811,P<0.05);研究组患者的总满意度96.67%与参照组的71.67%相比明显较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.069,P<0.05)。结论将彩色多普勒超声检查应用于男性急性外生殖器损伤的诊断中效果良好,误诊率、漏诊率均明显降低,在男性急性外生殖器损伤的临床诊断上值得应用。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect and value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute male genital injury.Methods 120 cases of male acute external genital injury patients received in the hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected and included in the study subjects,and were divided into study group(diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound)and reference group(diagnosed by conventional B-ultrasound imaging)according to the random number grouping method,60 cases in each group.Statistics of the misdiagnosis rate,missed diagnosis rate,testicular dislocation rate and patient satisfaction of the two groups of patients.Results The incidence of testicular dislocation in the study group(33.33%)was significantly higher than the reference group(8.33%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.384,P<0.05);the rate of misdiagnosis in the study group(3.33%),missed diagnosis rate(5.00%),the diagnostic accuracy rate(91.67%)was significantly better than the reference group(16.67%,20.00%,and 63.33%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.925,6.171,13.811,P<0.05);the total satisfaction of the study group patients of 96.67%was significantly higher than the 71.67%of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=14.069,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of male acute external genital injury has a good effect,and the misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate are significantly reduced.It is worthy of application in the clinical diagnosis of male acute external genital injury.
