中西医结合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Curative Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的研究中西医结合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。方法按照入院先后顺序将该院2018年1月—2020年2月诊治的60例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者分为两组,每组30例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组接受中西医结合治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候症状积分以及临床不良反应情况。结果对照组患者的各项中医证候症状积分均比观察组患者更高,差异有统计学意义(t=9.910、8.828、5.958、7.842、8.226、6.543,P<0.001)。对照组患者的治疗总有效率为70.00%,比观察组的96.67%明显更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.680,P=0.006)。对照组患者的临床不良反应发生率为23.33%,与观察组的16.67%相比,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.417,P=0.519)。结论中西医结合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效满意,对患者的临床症状具有良好的改善作用,且未明显增加临床不良反应,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods According to the order of admission,60 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis diagnosed and treated in the hospital from January 2018 to February 2020 were divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group received integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom scores and clinical adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The scores of all TCM syndromes in the control group were higher than those in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.910,8.828,5.958,7.842,8.226,6.543,P<0.001).The total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 70.00%,which was significantly lower than the 96.67%in the observation group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.680,P=0.006).The incidence of clinical adverse reactions in the control group was 23.33%,compared with 16.67%in the observation group,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.417,P=0.519).Conclusion The curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on chronic atrophic gastritis is satisfactory.It can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and does not significantly increase the clinical adverse reactions.It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical treatment.
