髌骨骨折术后功能障碍采用物理疗法联合运动康复治疗的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Physical Therapy Combined with Sports Rehabilitation for Postoperative Dysfunction of Patella Fracture

目的探究髌骨骨折术后功能障碍采用物理疗法联合运动康复治疗的临床效果。方法将2018年2月—2020年2月期间该院接收的92例髌骨骨折术后功能障碍的患者作为研究对象,根据单盲分组法将其分成两个组别(研究组和对照组),对照组患者应用常规的康复方式,研究组患者应用物理疗法联合运动康复治疗的方式,对两组患者的康复效果进行对比。结果研究组患者HSS评分、关节活动度评分、ADL评分、不良反应发生率的数据分别为(89.01±4.23)分、(90.12±4.54)分、(90.23±2.69)分、4.3%,其数据均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=19.520、15.389、26.262,χ^(2)=4.039,P<0.05)。结论髌骨骨折术后应用物理疗法联合运动康复治疗方式对患者施以干预,不仅可以提高患者日常生活功能,还有利于患者关节活动能力,对患者康复具有积极意义。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of physical therapy combined with sports rehabilitation for postoperative patella fracture dysfunction.Methods 92 patients with postoperative dysfunction of patella fractures received by the hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were taken as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups(study group and control group)according to the single-blind grouping method.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional rehabilitation methods,and the patients in the study group were treated with physical therapy combined with sports rehabilitation.The rehabilitation effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The data of HSS score,joint range of motion score,ADL score,and adverse reaction rate of the patients in the study group were(89.01±4.23)points,(90.12±4.54)points,(90.23±2.69)points,4.3%,and the data were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=19.520,15.389,26.262,χ^(2)=4.039,P<0.05).Conclusion After patella fracture,the application of physical therapy combined with sports rehabilitation treatment to intervene patients can not only improve the patient’s daily life function,but also benefit the patient’s joint mobility,which is of positive significance for the patient’s rehabilitation.
