早期康复治疗对急性脑卒中患者预后的影响

Effect of Early Rehabilitation Treatment on the Prognosis of Patients with Acute Stroke

目的分析早期康复治疗对于急性脑卒中(缩略词ACI)预后的积极作用。方法选取该院2018年8月—2020年8月间收治的ACI患者96例为研究对象。以随机法为基准,A组计入例数49例,予以早期康复治疗;B组计入例数47例,予以常规治疗。对比疾病预后情况。结果治疗3个月后,A组的上肢功能(56.48±4.82)分高于B组(50.16±4.77)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.455,P<0.001);A组的下肢功能(28.65±3.77)分高于B组(24.15±3.62)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.961,P<0.001)。A组的生活能力、平衡功能以及认知功能评分均较B组显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组的并发症率8.16%低于B组25.53%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.211,P=0.022)。结论为ACI患者实行早期康复治疗能够显著改善患者的运动与平衡功能,恢复基本生活能力,且会尽量减少并发症。

Objective To analyze the positive effects of early rehabilitation treatment on the prognosis of acute stroke(abbreviation ACI).Methods A total of 96 patients with ACI admitted to the hospital From August 2018 and August 2020 were selected as the research subjects.Based on the random method,group A included 49 cases and received early rehabilitation treatment;group B included 47 cases and received conventional treatment.Compared the prognosis of the disease.Results After 3 months of treatment,the score of upper limb function(56.48±4.82)points of group A was higher than that of group B(50.16±4.77)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.455,P<0.001);the score of lower limb function(28.65±3.77)points of group A was higher in group B(24.15±3.62)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.961,P<0.001).The scores of living ability,balance function and cognitive function of group A were significantly higher than those of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of group A was 8.16%lower than that of group B 25.53%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.211,P=0.022).Conclusion Early rehabilitation therapy for ACI patients can significantly improve the patient's exercise and balance function,restore basic living ability,and minimize complications.
