美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪应用于冠心病心力衰竭治疗的价值分析

Analysis of the Value of Metoprolol Combined with Trimetazidine in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease and Heart Failure

目的探讨采取美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪在冠心病心衰治疗方面的临床应用效果。方法对该院2018年1月—2020年7月收治的80例冠心病心力衰竭患者的资料进行回顾性分析,将患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40例,采取不同的治疗方案。对照组采用常规综合治疗方案,观察组在常规治疗方案的基础上使用美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗,通过比较治疗后患者心功能的改善情况、心率和血压值变化情况来分析联合用药的效果。结果观察组心功能的整体改善率达到95.00%,高于对照组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P=0.043);观察组治疗后患者心率、收缩压与舒张压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪可以有效控制冠心病心衰患者的病情,改善心脏功能,具有显著的疗效及临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods A retrospective analysis of the data of 80 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to July 2020,the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group,and different treatments program were adopted.The control group was treated with a conventional comprehensive treatment plan,and the observation group was treated with metoprolol combined with trimetazidine on the basis of the conventional treatment plan.The combined medication effect was analyzed by comparing the improvement of patients'heart function,heart rate and blood pressure after treatment.Results The overall improvement rate of heart function in the observation group reached 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P=0.043);after treatment,the observation group's heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure levels were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol combined with trimetazidine can effectively control the condition of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure,improve heart function,and has significant curative effect and clinical promotion value.
