补肺活血胶囊结合泼尼松辅助治疗特发性间质性肺炎的有效性及对肺功能的作用研究

Study on Effectiveness of Bufeihuoxue Capsules Combined with Prednisone in Adjuvant Treatment of Idiopathic Interstitial Pneumonia and Its Effect on Lung Function

目的探讨补肺活血胶囊结合泼尼松辅助治疗特发性间质性肺炎的临床效果。方法采用该院2019年8月—2020年8月接收的78例特发性间质性肺炎患者作为研究对象,按照数字表评分法将患者划为参照组和研究组,每组39例。参照组患者使用泼尼松进行治疗,研究组使用补肺活血胶囊联合泼尼松进行治疗,观察并对比两组患者的治疗情况。结果研究组患者临床治疗总有效率为97.44%、用力呼吸肺活量(4.69±1.25)L、第1秒用力呼气量(3.52±0.75)L、6 min步行距离(260.32±17.65)m,其数据优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.521,t=8.232、8.677、9.377,P<0.05)。结论为特发性间质性肺炎患者使用补肺活血胶囊联合泼尼松进行治疗,可提升患者治疗效果,有助于患者康复。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bufeihuoxue Capsule combined with prednisone in adjuvant treatment of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia.Methods 78 patients with idiopathic interstitial pneumonia received in the hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were used as the research objects,and the patients were divided into the reference group and the study group according to the numerical scale scoring method,with 39 cases in each group.Patients in the reference group were treated with prednisone,and the study group was treated with Bufeihuoxue Capsules combined with prednisone to observe and compare the treatment of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment of the patients in the study group was 97.44%,the forced breathing vital capacity(4.69±1.25)L,the forced expiratory volume in the first second(3.52±0.75)L,and the six-minute walking distance(260.32±17.65)m,which was better than the data in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.521,t=8.232,8.677,9.377,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with idiopathic interstitial pneumonia,the use of Bufeihuoxue Capsule combined with prednisone for treatment can improve the treatment effect of patients and help patients recover.
