静脉滴注氨溴索联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗新生儿肺炎的疗效

Efficacy of Intravenous Ambroxol Combined with Nebulized Inhalation of Budesonide Suspension in the Treatment of Neonatal Pneumonia

目的研究新生儿肺炎临床治疗中应用氨溴索静脉滴注联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗的效果。方法选择2018年1月—2020年6月85例新生儿肺炎患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,43例为联合组接受氨溴索静脉滴注联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗,对照组42例接受氨溴索静脉滴注治疗,比较两组疗效。结果联合组热退、气促消失、咳嗽消失以及肺部湿啰音消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.449、7.993、7.269、7.520,P<0.05);联合组治疗后总有效率为90.70%,对照组治疗后总有效率为71.43%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.163,P<0.05);联合组治疗后降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.973、5.017、5.700,P<0.05)。结论氨溴索静脉滴注联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗新生儿肺炎较单一用药更加迅速缓解症状,控制炎性水平,获得更高的疗效。

Objective To study the effect of ambroxol combined with budesonide suspension inhalation in the clinical treatment of neonatal pneumonia.Methods From January 2018 to June 2020,85 children with neonatal pneumonia were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method.43 cases were the combined group received ambroxol intravenous drip and budesonide mixed suspension atomization inhalation treatment,42 patients in the control group received ambroxol intravenous drip treatment,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The time of fever subsidence,shortness of breath disappearance,cough disappearance and lung wet rales disappeared in the combined group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.449,7.993,7.269,7.520,P<0.05);the total effective rate after treatment in the combined group 90.70%,the total effective rate after treatment in the control group was 71.43%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.163,P<0.05);after treatment in the combined group,PCT,CRP and WBC were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.973,5.017,5.700,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of neonatal pneumonia by intravenous infusion of ambroxol combined with atomized inhalation of budesonide suspension is more rapid than single medication to relieve symptoms,control the level of inflammation,and obtain a higher curative effect.
