摘要 为综合分析安徽省各市资源环境承载力现况及对比各区域间环境状况差异性,首先从经济发展、资源条件、生态环境、社会人口4个维度构建指标体系.接着,分别采用主成分分析法及模糊综合评价法对安徽省16市2016~2018年的资源环境承载力进行量化分析处理,计算得出各市的评分及排名.最后,通过对两种分析法得出的结论进行对比研究,探索共性,分析差异,并针对性地提出促进当地环境可持续发展的有效可行的建议,为政策制定者提供一定的借鉴. In order to comprehensively analyze the current situation of resource and environmental carrying capacity of cities in Anhui Province and compare the differences of environmental conditions among different regions, the index system was firstly constructed from four dimensions of economic development, resource conditions, ecological environment and social population. Then, principal component analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were used to carry out quantitative analysis and processing on the resource and environment carrying capacity of 16 cities in Anhui Province from 2016 to 2018 respectively, and the score and ranking of each city were calculated. Finally, through a comparative study of the conclusions of the two methods, the similarities are explored, the differences are analyzed, and effective and feasible suggestions are put forward to promote the sustainable development of the local environment, which can provide some reference for policy makers.
