聚焦高质量发展,办好首都人民满意的特殊教育

Promoting High Quality Development to Achieve People-Satisfied Special Education in Beijing

党的十八大以来,习近平总书记对促进残疾人事业及办好特殊教育提出一系列要求,党的十九届五中全会要求"完善特殊教育保障机制"。北京市历来重视特殊教育工作,深刻把握以人民为中心的思想,在实施第二期特殊教育提升计划期间,以提供更加公平而有质量的特殊教育为着力点,聚焦人民群众关切的六个方面开展了一系列的特殊教育改革,切实推进首都特殊教育向高质量发展。

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,President Xi Jinping has put forward a series of requirements for promoting the well-being of people with disabilities and improving the quality of special education.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee called for"improving the guarantee mechanism for special education".During the implementation of"The Second Phase of the Special Education Promotion Plan in 2017-2020",Beijing has attached great importance to the development of special education,and practiced a people-centered philosophy of development,for providing a more equitable and quality special education.Beijing has carried out a series of reforms on special education,focusing on six issues that are of people’s great concern,and will take more effort and make progress toward achieving high quality development of special education.
