关于特殊教育学校普通高中发展若干问题的思考

Reflection on the Development of General Senior High Education in Special Education Schools

本文对当前特殊教育学校中普通高中发展的若干重要问题进行剖析和思考,包括教育规模、区域分布、办学条件、课程和教材选择、考试命题,以及教师队伍建设等,并且提出相应的发展建议:(1)开展基础性研究,科学预测教育规模,合理规划教育布局;(2)重视教育的育人功能定位,研制课程设置方案;(3)开展考试命题研究和培训,统一单考单招的考试科目和考试大纲;(4)搭建跨校跨区教研网络,促进基础学科教师队伍建设。

In this paper, some important issues are discussed with regard to the development of general senior high education in special education schools, including education scale, regional distribution, school running conditions, choice of curriculum and teaching material, test design, and teacher development. The following suggestions are put forward: 1) Conducting basic research to make a scientific prediction of education scale and rational planning of regional distribution;2) Emphasizing on the "people orientation" of education to develop corresponding curriculum;3) Carrying out research and training on test design, and unifying the test subject list and test syllabus for disabled students’ separate college entrance examination and separate enrollment;4) Establishing an inter-school and inter-region teaching and research network to promote the development of basic subject teachers.
