颠覆式追赶窗口的识别逻辑与响应范式

作为一种新的机会窗口形态,颠覆式追赶窗口蕴涵着丰富的技术变革时代特征,具有独特的动态演化逻辑。在"后追赶"情景下,如何准确识别和科学响应该类窗口,已经成为技术追赶研究领域的前沿问题。为此,从颠覆式追赶窗口的概念界定出发,围绕技术、制度和市场等不同维度阐述其内在结构,然后基于宏观技术经济周期和微观追赶主体两个视角,尝试构建窗口的双重识别逻辑框架,并指出其技术支撑体系的重塑方向。在此基础上,根据"无响应即无机会"的理论判断逻辑,按照窗口响应政策设计的情景适应性和战略预判性准则,探索提出以创造与催发机会窗口为导向的"主动响应范式"。

As a new form of opportunity window,the subversive catch-up window contains rich characteristics of the era of technological change and has a unique dynamic evolution logic.Under the"post-catch-up"scenario,how to accurately identify and scientifically respond to such windows has become a frontier issue in the field of technological catch-up research.To this end,starting from the definition of a subversive catch-up window,the internal structure is elaborated around different dimensions of technology,institutions,and markets,and then based on the perspectives of the macro-technical economic cycle and the micro-catching-up subject,an attempt is made to build a dual identification logical framework for the window.It also points out the direction of reshaping of its technical support system.According to the theoretical judgment logic of"no response is no opportunity",and the scenario adaptability and strategic pre-judgment criteria designed by the window response policy,the"active response paradigm"oriented by creating and triggering the window of opportunity is explored.
