Association study of SNPs related sex steroid hormone of genes and digit ratio

Using bioinformatics methods,44 functional SNPs of 21 steroid sex hormone genes potentially related to the formation of digit ratio were selected.In our study,the relationship between 2D:4D and the above SNPs genotyped by using multiple PCR method was evaluated in a Ningxia population(400 men and 408 women).
