Association study of SNPs related finger bone development and digit ratio

摘要 Using bioinformatics methods,79 functional SNPs of 44 finger bone development genes potentially related to the formation of digit ratio were selected.In our study,the relationship between 2D:4D and the above SNPs genotyped by using multiple PCR method was evaluated in a Ningxia population(400 men and 408 women).L2D:4D was statistically different among different genotypes of rs3809346(COL4A2)in whole population and female;R2D:4D was different among genotypes in the female and the genotype carrying minor allele A had increased R2D:4D in the additive genetic model.L2D:4D was statistically different among rs3825490(COL4A2)in the whole population and male,and L2D:4D of T/T genotype under recessive model was higher than the C/C-T/C genotype.A statistical difference was found in different genotypes of rs7984100(COL4A2)in the whole population.L2D:4D differed among different genotypes for rs1042917(COL6A2).L2D:4D in women was significantly different among rs2839110(COL6A2).L2D:4D in females was different between genotypes of rs755793(FGFR2)gene.R2D:4D was statistically different in genotypes of rs17576(MMP9).
