Sexual difference analysis of finger bone development related SNPs of genes

DAVID,METASCAPE,STRING and other gene databases was used to screen the finger bone development genes that may be related to the digit ratio;the online genomic SNP database SNPinfo Web Server was applied to select functional SNPs;79 SNPs of 43 steroid sex hormone genes were genotyped by using multiple PCR method in a healthy Ningxia population(400 men and 408 women).
