摘要
LAMP2(lysosome associated membrane glycoprotein 2)is an important autophagy protein but its role in estrogenic regulation on spatial learning and memory remains unclear.In this study,we first infused aromatase(estrogen synthase)-specific RNA interference AAV into the hippocampus of mice,label-free quantitative proteomics analysis revealed that LAMP2 was the most significantly upregulated protein.This upregulation was further proved with RT-PCR,WB,IHC in ovariectomy(OVX)mice.Then,LAMP2-overexpressing(oLAMP2)and RNA interference(shLAMP2)virus vectors were injected into the hippocampus of OVX mice,respectively.
