摘要
Our previous studies indicated that transcription factor Brn4 could promote neuronal differentiation of hippocampal neural stem cells,but its molecular mechanism remains unknown.In this research,we used high-throughput sequencing methods,RNA-seq and ChIP-seq,to detect the changes of gene expression level in Brn4 overexpression cells.The RNA-seq results were screened based on the difference of more than 1.5 times and intersected with ChIP-seq.The 16 genes in the intersection were considered as candidate genes.
