摘要 Krippel-like factor 7(KIf7)belongs to a 17-member KLFs family of zinc finger transcription factors, which play important roles in cell differentiation and embryonic development. The precise function of Klf7 is regulators of CNS and PNS axon regeneration. However, the role of Klf7 in the neocortex remains unclear. In this study,we investigate the effect of Klf7 on neuronal migration in the em bryonic neocortex. To study the neurogenesis in the neocortex,we first construct Klf7 conditional knockout mice(Emx1-cre;Klf7l Rx mice and Nestin-cre;KIf7 R/mice),showing that Klf7 promotes neurogenesis in vivo by using immunochemistry.Using in utero electroporation at E14.5,we find the neural migration defects in the neocortex.
