Gestational vitamin B supplementation alleviates neurodevelopmental abnormalities induced by PM2s in mice offspring

摘要 Gestational exposure to PM25 leads to neurodevelopmental impairment in offsprings.However,no effective means has been found to alleviate the neurodevelopmental impairment of embryos induced by PM2s.To clarify the effects of vitamin B on anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,synaptic remodeling and neuroprotection,we used it in a mouse model simulating gestational exposure to PM2.s.We found that after vitamin B intervention,anxiety,depression,social communication disorders,stereotyped repetitive behavior,and learning/spatial memory were impaired in mice offsprings.
