摘要 In order to explore the role of NLRP3 in brain damage of pregnant mice caused by PM2s,and to clarify the mechanism of B-vitamin in improving the harm caused by PM2s pollution.Pregnant mice were randomly divided into three groups, including PBS control group,PM2s model group and B-vitamin intervention group. The animal model of PM2.s damage during pregnancy was established by fast modified tracheal drip method, and B-vitamin intervention was given. The results showed that protein expression levels of NLRP3,cleaved caspase-1 and inflammatory factor IL-1βin the cerebral cortex of pregnant mice in the model group were significantly up-regulated compared with the control group, while those in the B vitamin intervention group were significantly lower than those in the model group.Immunofluorescence staining results showed that the number of NLRP3 and cleaved caspase-1 immunoreactive cells in the cerebral cortex of pregnant mice in the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the model group, which was close to the level of the control group.
