摘要
Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder that causes impaired memory and dementia.Neuroplastin 65(NP65),speciflcally expressed in the synaptic membranes of brain,has been reported to mediate cognitive function.However,it remains unclear whether NP65 is involved in pathological mechanism of AD.In this study,the KOAD mice were produced by cross-breeding NP65 KO mice with APP/PS1 double transgenic AD mice.10-month-old WT,KO,AD and KOAD mice were used.
