The formative assessment system shapes students'learning behavior

摘要 Evaluation and assessment are especially crucial to the educational reform.Properly done,they improve the quality of classroom teaching,stimulate students'learning motivation and shape students'learning behavior.We construct a formative assessment system in the histology and embryology class and obtain good teaching effect.Formative assessment system is a continuous and dynamic evaluation model.It covers the whole process of teaching and strengthens the management of students'learning process.It includes attendance,online learning,general histological test,drawing assignment,flipped classroom performance,experimental report,experimental specimen test,etc.This assessment method is very flexible,convenient and real-time feedback through the SPOC platform data.The class learning report record all the students'information,such as online answer,homework submission,percentage of completion points.
