摘要
To investigate the mechanism of fluoride induced apoptosis of osteoblasts in PI3K/Akt pathway and to understand the pathological mechanism of fluoride-induced apoptosis of osteoblasts.Osteoblasts were exposed to fluoride at 0(control group),5.0,10.0,20.0,40.0 mg/L sodium fluoride at the concentration of fluoride.The changes of PI3K-Akt signaling pathway and mitochondrial apoptotic pathway-related molecule FoxO1 were detected after 24 h and 48 h.
