摘要
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS)is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects motor neurons in the central nervous system,which leads to muscle.atrophy and progressive paralysis.W hile mutations in several genes responsible for familial ALS have been identified,the pathogenesis of sporadic ALS,which accounts for approximately 90%of all ALS cases,remains unclear.
