摘要 Explore the effect of Timosaponin B-Ⅱ on morphology and function of mitochondria in Parkinson's disease(PD)cell model,and lay the foundation for screening and mechanism research of anti-Parkinson's disease drugs.The PD cell model was constructed by applying MPP+to SH-SY5Y cells for 48 h,and they were treated with low,.medium and high concentrations of Timosaponin B-Ⅱ.
