摘要 为了解溴氰菊酯防治核桃扁叶甲Gastrolina depressa Baly的后续影响,通过浸渍法测定溴氰菊酯对核桃扁叶甲的毒力,确定亚致死剂量,通过观察生活史及组建生殖力生命表等方法研究溴氰菊酯亚致死剂量对核桃扁叶甲F0代和F1代影响。结果表明:溴氰菊酯亚致死剂量对F0代核桃扁叶甲的繁殖力影响不大,对成虫寿命影响较大。LC15剂量处理的F1代各发育历期与对照组相比无显著性差异;LC30剂量处理的F1代2龄幼虫、3龄幼虫、预蛹和蛹的历期与对照组差异显著;从总的发育历期来看,溴氰菊酯亚致死剂量处理的核桃扁叶甲发育历期与对照组差异显著。随着溴氰菊酯致死剂量质量浓度的增加,净增值率、内禀增长率和周限增长率均降低,世代平均历期和种群加倍时间延长。说明溴氰菊酯亚致死剂量可以抑制核桃扁叶甲种群的增长。 In order to know the subsequent effects of deltamethrin on prevention and control of Gastrolina depressa,impregnation method was used to test the toxicity and determine the sublethal dose of deltamethrin to G.depressa.The effects of sublethal doses of deltamethrin on F0 and F1 generation of G.depressa were studied by the methods of observing the life history and the formation of life table.The results showed that sublethal doses of deltamethrin had little effect on the fecundity of F0 generation,while it had a great effect on adult longevity.The development duration of F1 generation treated with LC15 compared with that of control group had no significant difference.The duration had significant differences between F1 generation treated with LC30 and control group in the 2 nd instar larva stage,3 rd instar larva stage,pre-pupal stage and pupal stage.From the perspective of the total development history,the development duration of G.depressa with sublethal doses of deltamethrin was significantly different from that of control group.With the increase of the mass concentration of deltamethrin,the net reproductive rate,the intrinsic growth rate and the finite rate of increase all decreased.The mean generation time and population doubling time were prolonged.Deltamethrin sublethal doses could restrain the growth of G.depressa population.
