冬型梨木虱对粘虫板颜色和寄主植物的选择效应

Selection effect of winter-type Psylla chinensis on colour of sticky trap and host plants

为明确天津地区梨园中冬型梨木虱Psylla chinensis对粘虫板颜色和寄主植物的选择效应,在梨园中观察了6种颜色粘虫板诱杀冬型梨木虱数量和该害虫在7个(品种)梨树的老叶、鳞痕和嫩叶上的产卵量和若虫量。结果表明:6种颜色粘虫板对梨木虱诱杀效应的强弱顺序依次为绿色,黄色,蓝色,黑色,红色,白色;梨木虱更偏好于在"雪花梨"的鳞痕和嫩叶上产卵,其次是"黄冠梨",二者亦是梨木虱若虫最喜欢取食的梨树品种;梨木虱成虫偏向于在鳞痕处产卵,若虫更偏向于取食嫩叶。冬型梨木虱对不同颜色粘虫板的趋向不同,其不同虫态(若虫和成虫)对梨树品种和位置的选择效应亦存在差异。

In order to determine the selection effect of winter-type Psylla chinensis on sticky trap colours and different host plants in pear gardens in Tianjin area,the collection quantity of winter-type P.chinensis on six colours of sticky trap and the amount of eggs and nymphs on old leaves,scales and young leaves of seven varieties of pear trees were observed.The results showed that the trapping effect of sticky trap with six colours on winter-type P.chinensis in order of strong to weak was green,yellow,blue,black,red,and white.P.chinensis prefers to lay eggs on the scales and young leaves of"Xuehua pear",followed by"Huangguan pear".These two varieties were preferred by nymphs.The adult preferred to lay eggs in scale marks,while nymphs preferred to feed on young leaves.The tendency of P.chinensis to colours of sticky trap were different,and the selection effect of different stages(nymph and adult)of P.chinensis to varieties and parts of pear tree were also different.
