摘要
上海国际航运中心洋山深水港区四期工程是国内首个全自动化集装箱码头。港区采用国际上最新一代自动化集装箱装卸设备,部分变电所供电设备数量较多,作业时产生极大的冲击负荷且谐波叠加后超标的几率较高。因此,在变电所内配置高压有源动态滤波及无功补偿装置(APF-SVG),进行就地集中治理,有效优化港区电网电能质量,节能降耗,以促进绿色低碳港口的建设。
The phase IV project of Shanghai International Shipping Center Yangshan deepwater port is the first fully automated container terminal in China. The port adopts the latest generation of automated container handling equipment in the world, and some substations have a large number of power supply equipment. When the equipment is in operation, a great impact load will be generated and the probability of exceeding the standard after the harmonic superposition is very high. Therefore, HV APF-SVG is configured in the substation to conduct centralized management,which effectively improves the power quality of the power grid, saves energy and reduces consumption, so as to promote the construction of green and low-carbon port.
