促进剂DPG对两种端基官能化SSBR性能的影响

摘要 对微观结构与数均分子量相仿的端胺基(SSBR-A)和非端胺基(SSBR-B)官能化溶聚丁苯橡胶进行不同混炼配方下的性能对比测试。结果表明,混炼阶段加入促进剂DPG可以改善SSBR-B混炼胶的加工性能、Panye效应,提高硫化胶的力学性能与抗湿滑性能,降低硫化胶滚动阻力;混炼阶段加入促进剂DPG可以改善SSBR-A混炼胶的加工性能,但是混炼胶的panye效应增加,同时硫化胶的力学性能、滚动阻力与抗湿滑性能劣化;混炼阶段不加入DPG的SSBR-A样品的性能与SSBR-B相当。 The properties of endamine(SSBR-A)and non-endamine(SSBR-B)functional SSBR with similar microstructure and number-average molecular weight were compared under different mixing formulations.The results show that the addition of DPG will improve the processing performance,Panye effect and mechanical properties of SSBR-B,and improve the wet slip resistance of the sample and reduce the rolling resistance of the sample at the mixing stage.In the mixing stage,the addition of accelerator DPG can improve the processing performance of end-amine sample SSBR-A,but the panye effect of the sample increases,while the mechanical properties,rolling resistance and wet slip resistance of the sample degrade.The performance of SSBR-A sample without DPG is comparable to that of SSBR-B.
