The Generalized structure Poisson brackets containing geometric parentheses have completed the Generalized Poisson parentheses.The generalized covariant Hamiltonian system defined by the generalized structure Poisson bracket has improved the theoretical defects of the generalized Hamiltonian system and obtains a kind of geodesic equation induced by the generalized covariant Hamiltonian system in the form of local coordinates.A concrete example is given in this paper.
