摘要
心理健康教育既重理论又有较强的实操性,而“对分课堂”教学把一半课堂时间分配给教师进行讲授,另一半分配给学生以讨论的形式进行交互式学习,两者有很好的契合度.为增强学生的课堂参与感和体验感,提升其解决心理问题的能力,在本科“大学生心理健康教育”课堂引入“对分课堂”模式,重构教学组织形式,将讲授、内化吸收以及讨论三个环节相结合,增强学生接纳度、参与度、获得感.从提升教学设计能力、提高学生参与程度、优化考评制度等方面探索,实现心理课堂“助人自助”的育人目标.
Mental health education is both theoretical and practical,while“PAD(Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion)classroom”teaching allocates half of the class time to teachers for teaching and the other half to students for interactive learning in the form of discussion,which has a good agreement.In order to enhance students’sense of participation and experience in class and improve their ability to solve psychological problems,the mode of“PAD classroom”is introduced into the course of“College Students’Mental Health Education”,the teaching organization form is reconstructed,and the three links of teaching,internalization and absorption and discussion are combined to enhance the students’acceptance,participation and sense of gaining to achieve good teaching results.In the future,we will continue to explore ways to improve teaching design ability,improve student participation and optimize the evaluation system,so as to realize the educational goal of“helping others to help themselves”in psychological classroom.
