高校青年教师科研能力现状与提升

Current situation and improvement of young teachers’scientific research ability in newly promoted universities

运用调查和统计的方法,通过中国知网对某高校的四个学院在2016—2018年发表学术论文情况进行统计分析,结果表明,各学院所发表文章数量较少,被引频次和下载次数均较低,没有充分调动青年教师的科研积极性.针对以上情况,提出了相应的提升策略.

Using the method of investigation and statistics,this paper analyzes the academic papers were included in CNKI from 2016 to 2018 by four colleges of a certain university.The results show that the number of published articles in each school is relatively small,the citation frequency and download times are low,and the enthusiasm of young teachers in scientific research has not been fully mobilized.In view of the above situation,this paper puts forward the corresponding promotion strategy.
