摘要
近年来,师生冲突问题越来越引起社会各界关注。从伦理学视角观测,师生冲突产生的根本原因是师生交往中责任伦理的失范。为减少师生冲突,建立和谐的师生关系需要探究师生交往的伦理意义,辨析师生冲突与责任伦理关系,深入探究师生交往过程的责任伦理现状,有利于科学客观认识师生冲突。通过培育师生主体责任伦理意识,规范师生交往责任伦理行为,完善事后问责惩治机制,将责任伦理制度化,实现对师生冲突的伦理干预和管理。
In recent years,the problem of teacher-student conflict has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life.From the perspective of ethics,the root cause of the conflict between teachers and students is the anomie of responsibility ethics in the interaction between teachers and students.In order to reduce the teacher-student conflict,the establishment of a harmonious teacherstudent relationship needs to explore the ethical significance of teacher-student interactions,to analyze the relationship between teacher-student conflict and responsibility ethics,and to explore the current situation of responsibility ethics in the process of teacher-student interaction,which is conducive to scientific and objective understanding of teacher-student conflict.By cultivating the ethical awareness of the main responsibility of teachers and students,standardizing the ethical behavior of teacher-student interactions,perfecting the post-accountability punishment mechanism,institutionalizing responsibility ethics,we can achieve the ethical intervention and management of teacher-student conflicts.
