摘要
教师评价作为教育评价的重要组成部分,与教师发展密切相关。一定意义上,有怎样的教师评价,也就会有怎样的教师发展的生态格局,最终也就会有怎样的教师发展。针对当下中小学教师评价存在的阻碍教师发展的现象,要建设有助于中小学教师发展的良好生态,中小学教师评价改革应在弱化相对评价、非净效应评价、他人评价、顶线评价的同时,强化绝对评价、增值性评价、自主评价、底线评价。本文在检视处于强势地位的相对评价、非净效应评价、他人评价、顶线评价对中小学教师发展产生的不良影响的基础上,阐述了促进中小学教师发展的教师评价改革的相关主张。
As an important part of educational evaluation,teacher evaluation is closely related to teacher development.In a certain sense,what kind of teacher evaluation,there will be what kind of teacher development ecological pattern,and ultimately what kind of teacher development.Considering the problems that discourage teacher development in the system of evaluation in teachers from primary and secondary schools,it is necessary to build a good environment that contributes to teacher development.The teacher evaluation reform should strengthen absolute evaluation,value-added evaluation,self-evaluation and the bottom line evaluation while weakening relative evaluation,non net effect evaluation,others evaluation and top-line evaluation.On the basis of examining the negative influence primary and secondary school teachers,this article expounds the relevant propositions for teacher evaluation reforms that promote the development of teachers.
