新时代农村老年残疾人养老面临的问题及对策

党的十八大以来,我国残疾人事业取得突破性进展。让残疾人安心、舒心,过上幸福美好的生活成为新时代的重要指向。在新时代实践中,农村老年残疾人面临养老服务需求与供给不协调,社会力量整合及参与农村残疾老人养老、康复服务不够,农村残疾老人家庭面临多重尴尬和困境。文章认为,应当以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,构建良好的爱老助残社会环境;在乡村振兴推进中盘活社会力量,创新开展农村残疾老人精准化服务;创新体制机制,多元多层次探求农村残疾老人养老保障是新时代化解农村老年残疾人养老困境的必由之路。
