我国公益慈善学历教育人才培养发展与建设研究

Research on Development and Construction of Philanthropy Academic Education in China

公益慈善学历教育的发展建设是解决我国公益慈善人才供给问题的有力举措和关键环节,有助于推动我国公益慈善事业专业化提升与可持续发展。我国公益慈善学历教育从无到有,目前呈现出相关院校数量较少但本专科及研究生层次均有涉及、独立学科专业开始出现、部分院校采取合作办学模式、全日制培养与跨专业辅修培养形式并存等发展特征。针对现阶段我国公益慈善学历教育存在的问题,文章提出推动专业学科教育与职业认证建立统一标准、完善与发展学历教育培养层次与体系、精准对标所在地社区与社会问题、提升公益慈善行业专业化及社会认可程度四方面发展建议。

The development and construction of Philanthropy Academic Education is a powerful measure and key point to solve the problem of philanthropy talents undersupply in China, which is conducive to promote philanthropy professionalization and sustainable development. Currently, the state of Philanthropy Academic Education in China shows the following characteristic.The number of relevant colleges and universities is still small, but undergraduate and graduate levels are both involved, independent disciplines and specialties have begun to appear, some colleges and universities have cooperated with philanthropy organizations, and the cultivation forms of full-time training and cross-major minor training coexist. In view of the existing problems in China’s Philanthropy Academic Education, this paper puts forward promoting the establishment of unified standards for professional discipline education and vocational certification, improving and developing the education level and system of academic education, accurately targeting local communities and social problems, and enhancing the specialization and social recognition of philanthropy.
