摘要
介绍了阀门设计中以响应谱分析代替时间历程分析的主要作用,阐述了节流阀在有限元软件中提升其计算效率和分析结果的准确性,通过节流阀响应谱分析模态求解结果得出了冲击加速度的设计值,给出了利用响应谱分析计算手动节流阀主要零件等效应力和剪切应力的运算过程。
Introduced the main function of using response spectrum analysis instead of time history analysis in valve design,expounds the throttle valve in finite element software to improve its calculation efficiency and the accuracy of analysis results,and gets the design value of impact acceleration through the modal solution results of response spectrum analysis of throttle valve.Given the calculation process of equivalent stress and shear stress of main parts of manual throttle valve by response spectrum analysis.
