高温高压阀门铸件金相球化分析与应用

摘要 介绍了高温高压电站阀门作为压力管道元件在电厂生产中的工作特性和控制要求。针对某电厂主蒸汽闸阀在运行中,阀体出现裂纹、硬度低及金相球化超标的现象,通过以主蒸汽闸阀(DN225、P54100V)为例,分析了阀体硬度低和金相球化超标的原因,并给出了改进方法和解决方案。 As for pressure pipeline device,the high pressure and high temperature power plant valves are the necessary control parts in the operation of power plant.There is main steam gate valve in one power plant,after one year operation,the valve appeared cracks,low hardness and excessive metallographic spheroidization.This paper take main steam gate valve(DN225,P54100V)as an example,analysis the possible reason of low hardness and excessive metallographic spheroidization of the valve body,and give the improvement methods and solutions.
