摘要
日本脑炎病毒(Japanese encephalitis virus, JEV)为单股正链RNA病毒,可通过蚊虫为媒介引起人畜共患的急性中枢神经系统传染病,目前暂无特效治疗药物。JEV基因全长11 kb可编码3个结构蛋白(C、PrM、E)和7个非结构蛋白(NS1、NS2A、NS2B、NS3、NS4A、NS4B、NS5)。7个非结构蛋白占JEV编码蛋白质的大半,对于JEV发挥生物学功能有着重要意义。本文就JEV非结构蛋白功能进行了总结论述,以期为JEV分子生物学研究和防控提供参考。
The Japanese encephalitis virus(JEV) is a single-and-positive-stranded RNA virus that causes zoonotic acute central nervous system infectious diseases via mosquitoes, and there is currently no specific therapeutic drug against the virus. The JEV gene is of 11 kb in full length and it encodes three structural proteins(C, PrM, and E) and seven non-structural proteins(NS1, NS2 A, NS2 B, NS3, NS4 A, NS4 B, and NS5). The seven non-structural proteins account for most of the JEV-encoded proteins, which are of great significance for JEV’s biological functions. This article summarizes the functions of JEV non-structural proteins, hopefully to provide references for research on the molecular biology of JEV and on prevention and control of the virus.
