口诀视频回授宣教法在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者吸入剂使用中的应用研究

摘要 目的观察口诀视频回授宣教法在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者吸入剂使用中的应用效果。方法选取口诀视频回授法应用前(2018年1-4月)和应用后(2018年5-8月)收住于笔者所在医院使用肺部干粉吸入剂进行疾病控制的COPD老年患者各40例,分别设为对照组与观察组,对照组按常规模式开展吸入剂使用教育,观察组在此基础上加用口诀视频回授法进行教育干预,比较2组吸入剂知识技能掌握度评分和生活质量评分。结果观察组COPD老年病例干预后吸入剂知识和技能掌握度评分均显著高于对照组(t=19.071,P<0.001;t=15.584,P<0.001),生活质量评分显著低于对照组(t=-12.163,P<0.001)。结论采用口诀视频回授法对老年COPD吸入剂使用者进行教育干预,可显著提高该类患者吸入剂使用知识与技能水平,使其赢得更高的生活质量。 Objective To observe the effect of video feedback education with pith instruction in the use of inhalants in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 40 elderly COPD patients who were admitted to our hospital between January and Aprail 2018 for disease control using lung dry powder inhaler were chosen into the control group,while another counterparts admitted in the following 4 months were selected into the observation group.Both groups were given routine health education about the use of inhalants,while the observation group was additionally provided with video feedback education with pith instruction.The knowledge about inhalants′usage and life quality were compared between the two groups.Results The knowledge about the usage of inhalants and life quality of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(t=19.071,P<0.001;t=15.584,P<0.001;t=-12.163,P<0.001).Conclusion The educational intervention of the elderly COPD inhaler by using the method of video feed with pith instruction back can improve the level of knowledge and skill of inhaler use in this kind of cases and make them win a higher quality of life.
