摘要
由于蕨麻猪生长周期较长,繁殖率较低,而对其生殖系统基本理论研究较为缺乏,因此实验采用普通石蜡切片以及苏木精—伊红染色法(hematoxylin-eosin staining)对蕨麻猪生殖道进行基本的组织学研究。研究主要通过对生殖道各个部位黏膜上皮细胞类型进行观察分析,同时对生殖道各部位黏膜、固有层以及肌层的厚度进行测定,并对其进行统计学分析。蕨麻猪生殖道组织学结构中,阴道黏膜厚度最大(33.71±1.11μm),较其他各个部位均有显著差异(P<0.05),肌组织中子宫颈肌层具有最大厚度(1539.92±199.67μm),且与其他各个部位差异显著(P<0.05)。
Due to the long growth period and low reproduction rate of Juema pig in Gannan,and the lack of basic theoretical research on its reproductive system,this experiment uses common paraffin sections and hematoxylin-eosin staining to carry out basic histological research on the reproductive tract of Juema pig in Gannan.The study is mainly based on the observation and analysis of mucosal epithelial cell types in various parts of the reproductive tract.At the same time,the thickness of mucosa,lamina propria and muscular layer in various parts of the reproductive tract are measured and statistically analyzed.In the histological structure of reproductive tract of Juema pig,the thickness of vaginal mucosa is the largest(33.71±1.11μm),which is significantly different from other parts(P<0.05).The muscular layer of uterine cervix has the largest thickness(1539.92±199.67μm),which is significantly different from other parts(P<0.05).
