动物防疫能有效预防畜禽传染病的传播,但是,在农村由于专业的畜牧兽医技术人员短缺,疫苗选择不当,冷藏设施不足,疫苗在运输、保存过程中不合理,疫苗的使用、操作不规范,免疫程序不科学,药物及饲料添加剂的使用等影响了防疫效果。为此,要强化农村动物防疫队伍,加大防疫技术培训力度,正确合理的选择疫苗,疫苗在贮藏、运输过程中要规范,制定科学合理的免疫程序,免疫操作要科学,慎用消毒药和抗生素,加强饲养管理,确保饲料安全,搞好环境卫生和防寒、防暑等工作。

Good animal epidemic prevention can effectively prevent the spread of livestock and poultry infectious diseases.However,in rural areas,due to the shortage of professional animal husbandry and veterinary technicians,improper selection of vaccines,insufficient cold storage facilities,unreasonable transportation and preservation of vaccines,nonstandard use and operation of vaccines,unscientific immunization procedures,and the use of drugs and feed additives,the effect of epidemic prevention is affected.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the rural animal epidemic prevention team,strengthen the training of epidemic prevention technology,correctly and reasonably select vaccines,standardize the storage and transportation of vaccines,formulate scientific and reasonable immunization procedures,scientifically operate immunization,carefully use disinfectants and antibiotics,strengthen feeding management,ensure feed safety,and do a good job in environmental sanitation,cold and heat prevention.
