痢菌净经不同方法对仔猪胃肠炎的疗效试验

Study on the Efficacy of Different Methods of Mequindox on Piglet Gastroenteritis

本文将高台县骆驼城镇农业综合服务中心临床收治的262例胃肠炎病仔猪采用随机分为三组,经不同的给药方法用痢菌净治疗。第一组78头口服给药法给药,第二组96头用腹腔注射法给药,第三组88头肌内注射法给药。实验结果表明腹腔注射的处理组疗效与其它相比差异性极显著(P<0.01)。因此,用痢菌净治疗胃肠炎采用腹腔注射是最佳的给药方法,其具有同等剂量的情况下治疗效果好、见效快、安全等特点,临床上应该推广这一种治疗仔猪胃肠炎的给药方法。

In this paper,262 cases of gastroenteritis piglets clinically treated of the Camel Town Agricultural Comprehensive Service Center in Gaotai county were randomly divided into three groups and treated with Mequindox by different methods of administration.The first group of 78 pigs was given by oral administration,the second group of 96 pigs was given by intraperitoneal injection,and the third group of 88 pigs was given by intramuscular injection.The results showed that the efficacy of the intraperitoneal injection treatment group was significantly different from other treatment groups(P<0.01).Therefore,intraperitoneal injection is the best method for the treatment of gastroenteritis with dysentery,which has the characteristics of good treatment effect,quick effect and safety at the same dose.This method should be promoted in clinical practice for the treatment of piglet gastroenteritis.
