摘要
为了实现某型装置缸筒的加工,从防变形控制出发,通过选取特定的加工工序、刀具及防变形工装,解决了大长径比缸筒加工易变形的难题,采用测壁厚的方式间接地完成了缸筒中心线直线度的测量,并与三坐标的测量数据对比,进一步验证了该测量方法的正确性。
In order to machining the cylinder of a certain type of device,different kinds of deformation control methods were applied such as selecting specific processing procedures,cutting tools and anti-deformation tooling,the problem of easy deformation in the processing of cylinder with large aspect ratio was solved.The straightness of the center line of the cylinder was measured indirectly by measuring the wall thickness.The results were compared with the measured data of three coordinates,verifying the correctness of the measurement method.
