某浮吊工程船发电机组异常振动事故分析

摘要 针对某船发电机组发生的异常振动事故进行分析,利用现场勘查测量和振动测试从机组减振垫受力,测点振动速度、振动加速度,以及共振频率等多个角度进行分析,结果发现,减振垫的选型、布置和安装压缩量的偏差存在一定问题,在减振垫压缩受力不均衡的情况下,机组运转产生不平衡力和力矩,最终引发机组的异常振动。总结得出发电机组异常振动的影响因素和分析方法,避免因减振垫选型、安装问题导致的异常振动。 The abnormal vibration accident of a ship’s generator set was analyzed.Based on the field survey and vibration test,the force on the damping pad of the unit was investigated,as well as the vibration speed,vibration acceleration and resonance frequency of the measuring points.The results showed that there are some problems in the selection,arrangement and installation of the damping pad;in the case of unbalanced compression force on the damping pad,the unit operation produces unbalanced force and torque,which eventually leads to the failure of the unit abnormal vibration.The influencing factors and analysis methods of abnormal vibration of generator set were summarized,which has practical significance to avoid the abnormal vibration caused by the selection and installation of damping pad.
